Every student will have a piece on display!

Preparations for our first Art Fair are under way! The Art Fair will be Thursday, May 23rd from 6:00p-7:30p.

Rita’s Ice Cream will be available for purchase, $3-4 cash. If you have any further questions contact Julie Pitcl.

We are having our Book Store Event on August 7th & 8th. You must attend one of these days to do the following:

-pay for and receive Singapore math bundles, Latin workbooks and Spalding materials that are needed for first week of school
-sign up for directory
-purchase spirit wear
-sign up to volunteer for the 2013-2014 school year
-receive information on our lunch program
-review the traffic flow plan for drop off/pick up
-sign up/renew escrip and passive fundraising (you need to register your card each year.)
-complete community investment/tax credit (if you have not already done so.)
-shop our used uniform sale

If you cannot attend you MUST make arrangements with a friend or someone to pick up your materials. Materials will not be available at Meet the Teacher Night or the first day of school.

We welcome everyone and want to hear your ideas and suggestions.

Mr. Twist will be there to give a headmaster update. New board memebers will discuss exciting plans for next year, begin volunteer sign-ups and new procedures for the start of school. Join us to hear about all of this and more!

Preparations for our first Art Fair are under way!  Third through fifth grade art enthusiasts and leaders who would like to participate as a docent for the Art Fair, contact Miss Jones. Training is May 14th and 16th from 2:50p-3:50p. The Art Fair will be Thursday, May 23rd from 6:00p-7:30p.
